Q: Can I use a regular deodorant or antiperspirant during the day while using Xerac AC or Drysol at night?

A: We do not recommend using any other products while using Xerac AC or Drysol. If after three days of use you do not see a positive change in your condition we suggest that you contact your doctor to discuss your concerns.


Q: Is there a minimum age for using Xerac AC or Drysol?

A: Usually the onset of puberty, or around 13, is the minimum age for using Xerac AC or Drysol. Your doctor will be able to assess your child’s growth and development to prescribe an appropriate course of treatment.


Q: Can Drysol or Xerac AC be used during pregnancy?

A: Drysol and Xerac AC should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Please discuss the risks and benefits of use with your doctor to determine the right choice for you.


Q: I’ve been using Drysol for some time and its color was always clear. Now, my most recent bottle is a light yellowish color. Is it defective?

A: No, the product is not defective. The color of each batch is determined by the raw ingredients, which may have slightly different characteristics from time to time. Each batch of products is released only after it has met all FDA requirements.
